Women's Empowerment and the Pub You Pedal

So here I am looking for a serious subject for a post - I do try to raise the tone every so often - and up pops the PedalPub. But, honestly, I do want to know why women's empowerment is not a zero-sum game. It's just that... well, that really is a pub you pedal.

  1. It's all a vicious cycle, if you ask me.

  2. Thankg God for that. I was dreading this post not being genuine in in its pub you pedal claims.

  3. Coming from 'The Twin Cities' of Minneapolis St Paul it explains a lot. The price for booking 8 or more hours is $125 per hour, down from the three hour rate of $150. I wonder if they've factored in the declining beer sales as the hours tick by?

  4. "Women's empowerment is not a zero-sum game" is in itself, regardless of what it may mean, a beautiful phrase, I presume all will agree. If all meaning could be so elegantly phrased the world would indeed be a more anally correct place.

  6. Where are they going in that pedal pub? Why are they going anywhere? Isn't the pub where you go to get away from it all?

    'Fused.

  7. They're presumably on their way to the pub.

  8. Where are they going in that pedal pub?

As far away from dear Amanda and her friends as possible, no doubt.

    Why are they going anywhere?

As Bryan mentions above, it's a "guy" thing. Like hopping the St. Lawrence in a Lincoln.

Isn't the pub where you go to get away from it all?

One would hope. Rare indeed are the occasions on which that is true, however.
