From the Maw of Firefox

Substantial, consoling and inspiring changes have been made to my blogroll. In due course, now that I have retrieved my passwords from the maw of the latest Firefox incarnation, I shall be adding to my Selected Articles.

  1. Just to emphasise, I'm not liable for any subdural haematomas that readers of my blog may suffer.

  2. Thank you for the assiduous link.

  3. So perhaps I'm not the only one to have lost all his passwords when Firefox updated. I often wonder what's the use of a password when the only person it defeats is the person who set it?

  4. Why is it always a subdural haemotoma? An American med-soap standby.

  5. It just has a nice sound to it; 'haemotoma' in particular. A 'basilar skull fracture' also works well.

  6. Wow, I've just noticed you've added a certain nonsensical Welshman to your blogroll. I'm very touched and in places I usually keep well oiled.

  9. I'm sure it hasn't escaped your attention, Bryan, that this Thursday marks the first anniversary of 'Thought Experiments'. I trust you have some celebrations planned?

Looking back in the archives to those heady, halcyon days last March, I see that 'Anonymous' was much in presence, then-as-now, as well as a mysterious, and now-defunct entity called 'Seditress'.

  10. I did know about March 15th, Gordon. There will be a firework display and dancing girls. Anon was not me. I'm, not sure who it was. Seditress is still here, adopting a number of female guises - not Edwina Currie I think.
