Worst Blog Post Ever

Amanda has emitted her masterpiece, the worst post ever. Remember this woman was, for a while, advising the John Edwards campaign. The post is entitled Daylight Savings Time Sucks. I quote in full:

'In the spring, I have one of two reactions: 'Oh crap, I set my alarm for 6AM but it feels like 5AM! Asshole world,' or 'Oh crap, I woke up when I felt like it and I have lost an entire hour of my day I need to get shit done! Asshole world.'
Today is the latter.'

Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent.

  2. You asked for it, Mr Appleyard. I say Mister to show that for me you are now in my bad books for your apparent opinions about me in what you say about me in the above. If you think you can write the words I will show following after the next ones better I'd like to see you try it:
"Even though I don’t always read blogs in order to spur my thinking–thus my addiction to some downright silly ones–there are nonetheless plenty out there that kick my brain into gear, often daily. So this list could easily be 20 or 30 blogs long."

What do you think of that my across the water(Atlantic in case you don't know or don't think I do) friend from Britain or should I say UK? Not to mention the cultured use of the English-American lexicon as shown in the words used you can see I do a hell of a lot of thinking for just one American woman. Yeah woman in case you forgot and as said a woman with a high iq which again proves it.

  3. I think in that last sentence that I wrote in the upper bit before this one I reached my peak as far as words and where they go goes. Its a good thing I'm me as it really can become addictive being it.

  4. I see you failed to rise to the challenge to write my words better than how I wrote them where they were. Which like my high iq that I'd be embarrassed to mention if it weren't true but which it is embarrassingly for you again goes to show that I've been proved right again. I could of course start name-dropping intellectuals like Foucault and Fukuyama and Edwina Currie but I won't.

  5. Mental, moi? As I recall, Edwina, it was you that found erotic fascination in John Major

  6. I woke up at 6AM and it was dark. Really dark. Nighttime dark. I can't put on a light because my wife doesn't get up until 8AM. And when I drive home tonight, the sun is going to be right in my eyes. I hate daylight savings time.

But Amanda still looks awful in yellow. Even in daylight savings time.
