Gilding the Iron Lily

Is it my imagination or will this actually improve the Eiffel Tower?

    You like it because it makes it look like those worlds fair left-overs in Queens. The one that takes off at the end of Men in Black.

    Is it to celebrate the signing of Sarko by Arsne ?
    Paris Saint-Germain stated last night that the free transfer of Sarko was "a deeply satisfying outcome for both clubs"

    Reminds me of the world's fair leftover in Seattle -- the needle with the spinning resto on top. It may be functional, but it completely wrecks the design of the E.T. to put that Elizabethan ruff around its neck.
