    Bryan,
    I'm assuming that's a rock that the cryptic message is painted on. It's probably the site of someone's untimely death, and the message by a friend or family member is that the loved one is now at home in Heaven.

    You'll see a lot of these roadside memorial shrines in the US. In my town two years ago there was a horrific accident where a couple on a motorcycle plowed into the side of a minivan at 80 miles per hour. Their friends, who were mainly bikers, set up a little memorial around the base of the nearest light pole which consisted of an assortment of beer and whiskey bottles and flowers.

    I can give you some hint as to where you are based on your answer to a few questions:

    * do people call carbonated sugar water soda, pop, soda pop or Coke?

    * are you addressed as you, y'all, you all, or hey you?
